Containment Protocols:
The containment cell of RPC-605 is to be maintained using materials recovered from the Vilomah Black Mountain facility. This containment cell is the most reliable method of halting RPC-605’s anomalous effects. If RPC-605 is ever to be moved from his chamber, he must be required to wear a specialized suit constructed using Black Mountain alloys. RPC-605 is forbidden from directly deciding visitation requests, diet, or personal items; instead, staff will pre-plan any of these to prevent RPC-605 from warping reality. RPC-605's ability to displace objects in his environment is tied to his mental state and desire to get away from his current location or timeline. As such, RPC-605 has been given permission to customize and furnish his on-site residence in any way he desires, within reason. To support this acclimatization process, RPC-605 may trade items with other anomalies and purchase furniture through on-site staff. Forming a community with individuals in any location also helps bind RPC-605 to this current reality. As such, important individuals in his life, such as his therapist, Dr. Cortes, are encouraged to speak with him regularly outside of therapy sessions.

RPC-605 is an Asian male. Their legal name is Akeno Abe, formerly an employee of the Authority. At the time of documentation (July 13, 1980), RPC-605 is approximately 46 years old. The entity exhibits anomalous properties that overlap physical space with duplicates from parallel Earths. If RPC-605's focus is strong enough, or concentrates on these locations, materials will swap with their ALTR counterpart. According to RPC-605, his mind also internally melds concepts and places from different timelines, and he can understand what all his counterparts are doing at any given time. As such, RPC-605 suffers from false memories of alternate lives. When first admitted to screening, RPC-605 was diagnosed as psychotic; yet, after multiple rounds of treatment, he is now considered rehabilitated and in control of his alternative identities.

PERSONAL HISTORY
Upbringing (1934-1946): Akeno Abe was born to a stable immigrant family living in the state of Maine. Throughout most of his youth, Akeno explored abandoned buildings with his friends. One day, he somehow sneaked his way past the security perimeter into Black Mountain Base during an RPC raid. RPC personnel would find Mr. Abe unconscious in one of the facility's rooms. After a background check, they were amnesticized and returned to their parents. After this point, their life would continue normally. At age 15, he assisted his father's handyman repair service by doing physical work and socializing with employees. Despite his age, many workers came to enjoy Abe's company and saw him as a valuable asset rather than a nuisance.
Successful Career (1962-1976): When Mr. Abe turned 18, he inherited his father's business. At that time, Mr. Abe senior had unfortunately died of Colorectal Cancer. In hindsight, Akeno Abe believed his father had worked him from such a young age as a form of teaching, passing on knowledge from one generation to the next. In new hands, the business did as well as it had been prior. No significant changes would occur for Mr. Abe and his company until RPC contracted the small business for minor, non-containment-related work on a front company with major plumbing and electrical issues. Mr. Abe's work was so high quality and affordable that it caught the Containment Division's attention. Mr. Corte's company was bought shortly after as a front company, and he, along with his crew, was brought on board as a member of the RPC Authority.
RPC Career (1976 - 1978): With a history of being a considerably skilled worker, it didn't take long for Mr. Abe to gain a reputation as a well-respected engineer among his colleagues. In time, he'd even try his hand at becoming an elected representative for the Maintenance Union, which he barely won. It is unknown why, but Mr. Abe submitted a transfer request to Site-005 shortly after his loss, where he took the role of a janitor. Even without official authority, many Site-005 personnel still considered Mr. Abe an unofficial Union Representative, at least among the other Containment personnel at the site. Life would carry on for Mr. Abe up until September 13th, 1979, when several RPC operatives revealed themselves to be a double agent for the RCPA.
Discovery Log:
Akeno Abe would be presumed dead in the days following the assault and the outbreak of the '79 Rebellion. However, after the conflict had subsided, a rescue team discovered him alive and intact. Somehow, the physical space around Mr. Abe was untouched by the blast, but rather, modified into a clear, gelatinous gel with pressure absorption like nothing on Earth. It was a miracle he had survived; this event marked Mr. Abe's transformation into RPC-605. Mr. Abe's memories became unstable, and he claimed to be a traveler from another timeline possessing Mr. Abe's body. When asked why he'd come here, RPC-605 proclaimed he'd died with someone and had been searching for them. During the interview, multiple ethereal copies were detected on infrared, manifesting around Mr. Abe. Most of these variants, presumably alternative instances of RPC-605, generally seemed normal, aside from a few documented outliers. These notable instances were a Neanderthal, an RCPA officer, and a being that vaguely resembled a Howler.
RPC-605 was forcefully given a sedative and transported to a rehabilitation center. At the time, it was believed Mr. Abe was anomalous and was remembering different realities, but was experiencing a form of PTSD induced dissociation after losing many of his colleagues from Site-005. However, over time, it became clear that RPC-605 was not Mr. Abe, but a completely unique interuniversal being. Researchers agreed that Mr. Abe was likely subsumed into the gestalt identities that created RPC-605, a being whose sole focus was finding an unnamed female figure. However, they also theorized that through careful psychological reconditioning, Mr. Abe's baseline personality could be restored.
Addendum - 001:
After deeming RPC-605 relatively stable enough to be given personal autonomy, he was transferred to Site-026. So far, his psychological profile has begun to improve as he socializes with the other anomalies on site. Occasionally, his unintentional displacement of physical objects with parallel-earth alternatives has concerned site staff. On more than one occasion, he has accidentally altered other anomalies' paraphernalia, causing tension as a result. However, as his mental state improves regarding his belief that this reality is his home, these events seem to be becoming less frequent, and so transfer requests have been denied. While the frequency of these outbursts has diminished, RPC-605 still occasionally enters bouts of depression and dissociation. The primary motivator is his belief that his soulmate is lost somewhere out in the multiverse, which causes a resurgence in the displacement phenomena. At this time, the site Dir. of Psychiatric Services, Dr. Sophia Loren, has sent a notice to other sites for psychologists who can help RPC-605.
