Any object that exits RPC-607 is to be recovered immediately.
You should probably tell where said objects are deposited, like the bodies do.
While electromagnetic radiation cannot access the anomaly the contrary has been observed to occur.
You should put a comma after anomaly

As it stands the sentence feels a bit weird, might want to remake it.
and that he had been assigned to protect a top-secret cargo.
this line stood out for me personally, it felt quite dry and almost casual. I understand being strained by the word count but the Addendum attempted to explain too much with too little time, subsequently making the text feel unflourished. I personally feel like this is reocurring with your RPC, sadly I cannot really pinpoint what it is, so apologies.
Before I start with my probably-overjudgmental crit of the article, I'd like to say that the Description of RPC-607 is fantastic. A bit dry like the rest of the article, but it makes use of its space and sets up some cool, curious phenomena. Your broadcasts were intriguing, and your use of an audio file helped with setting the atmosphere of the RPC.
Now, onto the bad part:
It feels like it left 5 loose ends when your original idea was to lose 1 (that being what the package is). The fact it periodically shoots out scrap from itself and mutes information coming in is practically ignored, the survivors are pretty much looked over, and the fact said soldiers want to kill themselves out of fear of interrogation (or due to what they've seen? I never got that part, only that it hinted to RPC-607 being a larger fuckup than it may appear) and their current experience with time-travelling culture shock personally feels pretty tacked on, never give time to naturally progress. It left me with dissatisfactions rather than questions.
Also, I know it's quite hard to do do while on a 2 day deadline AND with a wordcount limit, but dialogue could've been great to add to expand upon the survivors.
Overall RPC-607 suffers greatly from being a potentially mysterious RPC but a concept definetly unfit for a Minimalism Contest. I would recommend rewriting it into an unrestrained article, beause as it stands, those contest points are nipping it at the bud.
I'm torn between giving it 2 stars or 3, but to give credit to the ConProcs and the Description being just fine I'll settle with the latter
