History: Site-095 was initially constructed without the Monterey Bay Aquarium front 2 years before the aquarium began construction, with a warehouse being used as a front instead, hiding the much smaller operation of housing RPC-350. However, RPC-350-A proved troublesome in this installment, and 2 years later when plans for the construction of an aquarium were announced, the Authority covertly funded the construction while making deals for additional construction for the purposes of further anomalous containment as well as containment chambers for RPC-350-A instances. On October 20, 1984, the aquarium opened, with more installments than initially planned, including new exhibits within the aquarium itself as well as the RPC-207 containment chamber.

Later, in September of 1992, the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary was established to aid in the containment of RPC-775, expanding Site-095's domain tremendously. This coincided with the construction the Deep Storage level beneath this area and in the nearby Monterey Submarine Canyon.

In March of 20██, the temporary containment of RPC-575 in Deep Storage led to parts of this level being heavily damage, some of which is still awaiting repairs.

• Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary: This region surrounding the facility is where research on locational anomalies is conducted as well as a region where non-anomalous wildlife is preserved. OL-Site-775 is located in this region within the Monterey Submarine Canyon.

• Aquarium Front: This level consists of the Monterey Bay Aquarium itself, and contains no Authority activities besides maintaining secrecy of contained anomalies.

• Aquatic Containment Wing: This level consists of the open-air aquatic containment where anomalies who require an environment with natural ocean water and exposure to sunlight are contained. No Gamma-class anomalies who possess these requirements are stored here, instead being relocated elsewhere.

• Office and Medical Level: Directly under the prior two levels, this level serves as the location of most of the facilities' operations, including administering medical care and general research and office work.

• Research Wing: This level is where most research on anomalies is conducted. This level has direct access to the Aquatic Containment Divison and the Standard Containment Division. Surveillance rooms allow for observation of locational anomalies within the sanctuary while testing rooms allow for testing anomalies held within the other containment divisions.

• CSD Personnel Holding Level: Each CSD cell is 4 m² in size. Also features a mess hall maintained by CSD personnel on a rotating daily shift.

• Standard Containment Wing: This level is where anomalies who do not need natural ocean water or sunlight are held. The wing is further divided into an Alpha, Beta and Gamma Containment Sectors.

• Deep Storage: This level is where important data and Gamma-class anomalies are held. It contains the Deep Storage monorail, allowing for quick travel throughout the sectors of Deep Storage as well as access to the OL-Site-775 viewing and docking station.

Assets Extricated: 1 instance of RPC-350-A
Outcome: The RPC-350-A instance combusted, causing large damage to the affected area and causing damage to the RPC-350-A enclosure, nearly leading to an additional combustion. The RPC-350-A instances were relocated and RPC-350 was temporarily suspended from testing.

Site administration begins to make plans for expansion.

Assets Extricated: RPC-775
Outcome: A cargo ship was sunk over the Monterey Submarine Canyon. This incident was thought to have been the combustion of an RPC-350-A instance that had somehow managed to breach Site-095. Instead, it was found that the vessel had been harpooned by RPC-775. OL-Site-775 construction began shortly after this discovery.

Outcome: During testing of RPC-520, an instance of RPC-520-A managed to breach the testing chamber. The instance managed to escape, resulting in the death of █ personnel. After escaping the chamber, the instance's movement was impeded by breach doors outside the testing chamber, resulting in the instance's expiration from lack of nutrients 40 minutes later.

The event led to RPC-520's current testing procedures

Assets Extricated: 3 instances of RPC-575-1
Outcome: Within 3 days of initial containment, RPC-575 began 575-Event-3, causing 3 instances of RPC-575 to breach and cause heavy damage within Deep Storage. Flooding also occurred due to the 575-Event.

Deep Storage was left with heavy damages that have yet to be fully repaired. RPC-575 was moved to Site-732 22 days later.

Transgressor: 13 Cetace's Kin members
Detail: Whilst the stage 3 effects of RPC-625 were in testing, all security cameras at Site-095 went offline simultaneously. When the cameras came back online, the transgressors had infiltrated the facility through unknown methods. Each carried a physical copy of RPC-625 and displayed the images to all personnel who attempted to apprehend them. Upon reaching the RPC-625 testing chamber, the individuals attempted to enter the chamber. It was at this point that Authority Security managed to approach and terminate every individual with the exception of a single survivor who was subsequently taken into Authority custody. ██ personnel were lost in this incident.
