Background Information:
Site-036 is a low-security complex specializing in permanent containment of culinary-based anomalies. The primary energy source for Site-036 is routed from the Bethlehem Energy Center, however the facility is equipped with five (5) backup generators in the Office & Residential Wing. Site-036 possesses the RPC Authority's largest cafeteria and kitchen brigade.
Personnel stationed at Site-036 are knowledgeable of culinary culture and global cuisines.2 The facility's cafeteria cuisine was deemed the best in NORTHCOM facilities by GD-████. This not only granted Site-036 the title of "The Authority's Food Capitol," but also established the facility as an Authority tourist spot.
Since September 12th, 2014, Site-036 and Site-043 became the two primary food suppliers for facilities located in the United States and Canada.3 While Site-036 focuses on supplying all facilities in southern Canada, it may assist Site-043 in northern American territories.
History:
On 10/17/1998, Site-036 was constructed to serve as a scouting facility for low-priority operations in northeastern USA, southern Quebec, and the maritime Canadian provinces. No entities or objects were stored in the facility until 7/01/1999 when Site Command permitted the construction for the Light Containment Wing. Even then, no anomalies were permanently contained in Site-036. On 2/09/2005, the Heavy Containment Wing was constructed, eventually leading to authorization for permanent containment.
Following the containment of RPC-627, Site Command spent ██ million USD on culinary expenditures which resulted in reform of protocol by Global Command. Overtime, Site-036 was tasked with activities relating to culinary and cutlery objects or services until it became the facility's specialty.
Offices
- Surface Observation Wing: Covered as John's Fine Dining, this wing is secured by personnel disguised as state police officers. Various buildings in Albany, NY are under Site-036's jurisdiction to monitor restaurants suspected of anomalous activity. A 3.5m tall fence surrounds Authority property, prohibiting unauthorized entry.
- Cargo Bay: Directly beside the Surface Observation Wing. The cargo bay is connected to Site-036's entry elevator and is utilized for food distribution to other facilities. Anomalous objects/entities are transferred into/out of Site-036 through this wing. Animal-based foods are imported to Site-036 from Site-043. A gate in the Surface Observation Wing serves as the exit point.
- Administrative Wing - This wing is utilized by Site Command and Executive personnel to manage Site-036 and distribute the RPC Authority's food supply among other facilities. Only staff with Level 4+ clearance can enter this wing.
- Office & Residential Wing: The largest wing in Site-036; areas such as personnel offices, the cafeteria, security stations, medical departments, and the breach shelter are located here. Anomalies that denote beneficial properties to personnel or require immediate attention may be held in this wing.
- Greenhouse Wing: Only accessible through the cafeteria, the greenhouse houses all plant-based foods. Once ready, kitchen or maintenance staff will send the produce either to the cafeteria or Site-043.
- Light Containment Wing: Storage of low-priority or docile entities and items with simple containment protocols. The CSD Prison Area is located in the northwestern region of the wing; inmates are housed in 3m x 5m x 5m cells.
- Heavy Containment Wing: Storage of entities or objects that denote hostile behavior towards personnel. Anomalies held in this wing are typically Beta-class.
