Nucorp in recent years has had a surge in new and impressive anomalous designs and research, with the Authority working with Nucorp in not only the use of these new technologies in anomalous containment and tracking but also allowed access to the forefront of this ground-breaking research and data.
However recent rumour has it that this recent wave of prosperity from Nucorp is from the company scouring and misappropriating the work of hostile groups that work to undermine the veil. With Nucorp reverse-engineering their breakthroughs, and transforming them into polished consumer products that the Authority has partaken in.
Top of the line anomalous weaponry from Nucorp has suspicious similarity with old GARD documents, material sourced from Nucorp used in the Authority's effort in containment seem to be a more refined and stable compound found in Amazing Co. products, and there have even been some similarities between the products offered by Nucorp and their extradimensional counterpart GEAR that go beyond than just multiversal parallels.
This accusation is of great interest to the Authority for more than just a breach of contract between the two partners but an action that could fundamentally cripple the Authority if any of these materials have had a flaw or backdoor that - unknown to Nucorp - the hostile groups these technologies are sourced from could take advantage of.
