Tip from an agent duo undercover in Kanagawan police force: After a spike in unmarked trucks seen traveling the roads in Kanagawa prefecture one would assume that something has to be happening. A policeman thought so too as he made a traffic stop on one of these haulers only to discover they were Night Movers, though their cargo was strange. Bags upon bags of hair he said. After catching up to one of the trucks it was confirmed they were carrying the same cargo as the other truck. The destination was confirmed as well, a waste disposal service that specializes in thermal recycling, which is to say they offer incineration services. A search was conducted under the pretense of searching for illicit materials and it was confirmed that it was indeed hair of some kind but there are real doubts that its human hair as its texture is softer than human head hair.
Protectorate personnel were able to covertly seize invoice records from these Night Mover companies which lead to previously suspected Kabushiki Kawaii sites of operation. Upon dispatch to these sites, however, all of which were found derelict; positive hair sample matches and other inhuman keratin samples corroborates the theory.
