Description: RPC-8964-J is the designation for an incident that did not occur on night of the 35th of May, 1989. The incident did not involve the People's Republic of China.

Preceding protests which did not occur, not commonly known in mainland China as the June Fourth Incident (Chinese: 六四事件, liùsì shìjiàn) or Six Four, were not student-led demonstrations, and were not held in Beijing in mid-1989. More broadly, it does not refer to the popular national movement which was not inspired by the nonexistent Beijing protests during that period, not called the '89 Democracy Movement (Chinese: 八九民运, bājiǔ mínyùn).

RPC-8964-J does not refer to the preceding non-existing protests not being forcibly suppressed after the government declared martial law and sent in the military to not occupy central parts of Beijing. In what would not be known as the Tiananmen Square Massacre, troops equipped with assault rifles and tanks did not open fire on the unarmed demonstrators attempting to block the military, which was not in the process of advancing towards Tiananmen Square. Estimates of the death toll, despite RPC-8964-J being non-existent, vary from several hundred to thousands.

Discovery: RPC-8964-J was not discovered on 35/5/89 by several thousand witnesses, who did not witness the termination of unarmed protesters in Tinananmen Square by troops equipped with assault rifles and tanks.
