Containment Protocols: All non-Authority reports of RPC-612 instances and related information/media must be taken down and redacted from public records following standard operating procedures with assistance from MST X-Ray-6. Documentation regarding RPC-612 in any capacity must be classified under Level-3 authorization.

RPC-612 instances must be immediately neutralized and deconstructed. Upon detection via web crawlers, embedded agents, and civilian reports, MST Romeo-7 and Victor-1 are assigned to facilitate and ensure the deconstruction of RPC-612 instances and the removal of all related media.

All personnel involved in the instances' destruction, or that have otherwise witnessed the construct, must be amnesticized of any related memories once neutralization is complete. While assigned personnel are to be aware of the nature and containment protocol for RPC-612,¹ the effects and appearance of the manifestation must be erased from any record or memory outside of Addendum 1 and those permitted access.

Addendum 1 cannot be made available to more than one individual at a time.² Under no circumstances may Addendum 1 be distributed to unauthorized personnel or by any individual other than the current Head Researcher of RPC-612.

Records detailing a summarized version of human history are stored in the Hecla-class extended operations vessels of INFLTEO to be compared with existing copies on Earth annually to serve as a control variable to ensure no major historical ramifications have been caused by RPC-612 or other related anomalies.

Transcripts of the AEDF's records are electronically delivered to an automated program in Site-062 and, assuming no anomalies are detected, the records are updated with recent events and sent back to INFLTEO.

While the Mnemosyne Protocol has proven effective in detecting major changes to global history, it is unknown how many RPC-612 events have spread to affect the entire world that have not been detected by the Protocol due to their remote location, manifestation prior to the Protocol, or insignificant nature.

Description: RPC-612 is the classification of various monuments, statues, memorials, cenotaphs, and other commemorative constructs that can manifest in any location on Earth, depicting an ahistorical event. The events depicted do not seem to have any recognizable pattern, although most typically involve natural disaster, tragedy, battle, death, or disease related to the history of the region within the last 500 years, with some exceptions ranging from events in the future or before recorded history.³

An RPC-612 manifestation occurs typically once within a span of six months, producing a slowly expanding area of effect that manipulates reality to adhere to the event that the structure memorializes. As the majority of RPC-612 modifications adhere to scenarios that negatively impact human history, the affected area is often rendered uninhabitable or hostile.

Once inside the field, the border between the effected area and baseline reality is no longer visible. From the interior, the alterations appear to be worldwide, even as the effect is still only as large as its radius and can be exited at the same distance one enters.⁴

Generally, an individual can safely enter and exit the border of RPC-612 with no ill effects, but remaining within the field for longer than 2-4 hours can result in moderate to severe modification of the individual's memory and possible "integration" into RPC-612's modified reality, and they cannot be recovered until RPC-612 is destroyed.

The field has a consistent rate of expansion relative to its size, yet its impact can be exacerbated by any act that would commemorate the event depicted in the RPC-612 instance. This includes observing the construct, reading information related to the event, commemorative offerings such as flowers, the celebration of holidays related to RPC-612, and similar actions. Likewise, the growth can be slowed, stopped, and in some cases reversed by the opposite. Destruction of any media related to RPC-612, actively preventing the spread of information related to the event, and the demolition of the original RPC-612 instance can result in the minimization and neutralization of RPC-612's effects.

Once the effects have been neutralized, any temporal effects caused by RPC-612 are undone and the affected area returns to normality as if RPC-612 had never manifested. RPC-612 and any phenomena related to it will cease to exist. However, any external media not produced by RPC-612, such as any Authority documentation or memory related to the anomaly will persist, and possibly risk propagation of RPC-612's effects should another manifestation of the same ahistorical event appear.⁵

RPC-612 #5-19	A copper statue in a town square in Berlin of a child with several dozen dog tags worn around their neck. A plate on the statue's base reads, in English, "In Memory of the Fallen, and to our Liberators, the Anglo-French Axis," and beneath that, "Commissioned by the MacGuire Foundation, 1967."	RPC-612 effect in the area caused an increased amount of background radiation and turned all nearby buildings empty and uninhabited. The model was modified from a standard Torch Cruiser, with what appeared to be unidentified offensive weapons along the sides of the craft. When viewed from within the field, Earth was visibly damaged, with several massive craters along the Americas and the absence of Australia. Area has several other similar war memorials, commemorating the performance of the "Southeastern Coalition" in the "Third Civil War." Local area appeared to be culturally and technologically set within the 1960s-1970s.	Neutralized
RPC-612 #31	A large sphere composed of beryllium bronze in the center of New York City, New York, with no visible indents or imperfections. A transcription on its surface read "Praise [the] Radiant Delight/Joy" in Vulgar Latin.	Mass chaos due to unknown mind-affecting properties of construct. All individuals within the range of effect, and those who enter it, immediately become incredibly violent and hedonistic, engaging in [REDACTED] and an estimated 1,394 casualties in an hour before its destruction by an RPG fired from outside the instance's rapidly expanding radius. A security camera captures the manifestation of an unidentified individual 17 meters away from the Upside-Down Monument of Charles La Trobe in Melbourne, Australia. The individual appears to be in standard Authority uniform for MST Victor-1, although some aspects of their equipment seem far more technologically advanced.

Unidentified Individual: What a dump.

The individual sets what appears to be a satchel charge on the statue, then walks away and demanifests once they are 17 meters away from the construct. Afterward, the charge detonates, alerting local law enforcement and media.

Emergency secrecy protocols were enacted.
