Containment Protocols: Members of MST India-2 "Detour of Duty" are stationed at both ends of RPC-604's habitat during hours in which RPC-604 is known to be active. In the event RPC-604 is spotted, India-2 is to pursue and subdue it through any means available. If captured, RPC-604 is to be brought to Site-024 for study.

Due to the possibility of RPC-604 being a manifestation inherent to U.S. Route 275, negotiations with the Nebraska Department of Transportation concerning the construction of an alternate route are scheduled to occur on 7/26/2019.

Description: RPC-604 is a 2.5 meter tall sexless humanoid possessing light brown pigmentation across its body. It lacks any facial features beyond a large mouth and brown, shoulder-length hair.

RPC-604 has been spotted along U.S. Route 275 on Fridays and Saturdays between the hours of 9:00 PM and 2:00 AM. In all sightings, it has displayed a consistent pattern of behavior consisting of leaping onto passing cars and riding them along the highway. Those who have encountered RPC-604 describe its vocalizations as akin to "high pitched screaming" or laughter.

Failing to maintain a sufficient speed will result in aggression from RPC-604.1 When provoked, it may:

-Strike the top or sides of the vehicle.
-Smash windows.
-Beat its head against the front windshield.
-Open doors.
-Forcefully remove passengers, but not the driver.

If the vehicle RPC-604 is riding comes to a stop, [DATA EXPUNGED]. RPC-604 has never left the bounds of Route 275, consistently abandoning its current vehicle at either the merge into Route 20 or the intersection with Route 32. All attempts to follow RPC-604 after it leaves the road have failed. The purpose of RPC-604's behavior is currently unknown.

Addendum 604-1: On 5/23/2019, RPC-604 reportedly appeared along Route 275. Since then, its appearances have grown increasingly irregular. RPC-604 no longer adheres to its weekly or nightly schedule, reportedly appearing in the mid-afternoon on 5/29 and being completely absent from 6/8 to 6/12.

In light of these developments, Route 275 has been closed to all traffic under the guise of road maintenance and repair. MST India-2 will continuously patrol the area in squads of 4 vehicles: one unarmed "decoy" car to attract RPC-604, with 3 units following for the purposes of subduing the object.
