Containment Protocols:
RPC-598 is currently under the guise of an asteroid of interest in NASA's inventory. Any minor planet dispersed by RPC-598-1 is to be erased from public catalogs. NASA satellite OSIRIS-REx was installed on the surface of RPC-598 for research and communication.
A good diplomatic relationship is to be held with RPC-598-1. The AEDF is tasked with assisting RPC-598-1 in protecting the Earth and RPC-598. The anomaly is to be aided in conquering other asteroids.
Description:
RPC-598 is a carbonaceous asteroid named 101955 Bennu; a B-type asteroid in the Apollo group. Despite only having a diameter of 490 m, the asteroid exerts a gravitational pull of 3.741 m/s2 and an atmospheric pressure of 1010.2 millibars within a 2 km radius bubble, creating a habitable space.
A variety of extra-terrestrial organisms live on RPC-598, mimicking the appearance of plants and animals found on earth. The mimicked organisms include: Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower), Bombus (Bumblebee), Solanum tuberosum (Potato), and Poaceae (Grass). A singular humanoid entity designated RPC-598-1 inhabits RPC-598.
RPC-598-1 appears to be an adolescent male of an indeterminate race. Its face is perpetually obscured by intense diffraction of light, appearing like a light flare. It sports a La Grande Armée infantry uniform, bleached white from the sun's radiation. The entity has adapted to survive extreme temperatures and radiation. Further analysis of RPC-598-1's anatomy is still in progress.
RPC-598-1 claims itself to be "the prince of 101955 Bennu" and will search for nearby C-type asteroids to absorb into RPC-598-1’s mass or assimilate into its dominion. The entity holds a fascination towards Earth for its geological beauty and culture. This intrigue serves as RPC-598-1's primary motivation for defending Earth from extraterrestrial threats. RPC-598-1 holds a heavily modified Charleville musket which can fire an ionic field that disintegrate objects up to 200 m wide through friction. RPC-598-1 uses this weapon to disperse any hazardous Near-Earth objects it can locate.

Addendum 01: Discovery Log:
101955 Bennu was discovered by NASA in 1999 along with █ other Apollo-asteroids. 14 years after discovery, the █ other asteroids were mysteriously dispersed and 101955 Bennu appeared to be larger. Upon closer observation, it was discovered that 101955 Bennu contains life. The Authority was immediately notified of this and launched a communication satellite to observe RPC-598.
RPC-598-1 took notice of this and attempted to communicate with the satellite through morse code. The following conversation can be seen below:
