Containment Protocols:

RPC-394 is currently contained at Site-002 within a standard item containment chamber, sealed within a 4m by 4m oblong vein of anomalously affected, semi-transparent silver ore which cannot be damaged by any conventional means. Any and all access, testing, or maintenance to RPC-394 or it's containment chamber is to be restricted to Level 4 approval or higher. No maintenance of RPC-394 is required, however cameras are to be remotely inspected as per standard remote maintenance procedures.

Once a month, staff members from Site-286 will be deployed to the location of RPC-394's holding. Upon arrival, they will ensure the containment methods are still undamaged and operational, repairing or updating them if necessary. Special attention is to be made to the protocols against the memetic properties of the anomaly. Upon completion, staff will stay for one week to observe if any unorthodox changes occur, leaving once this period ends.

Artistic Interpretation of MST Alpha-3's initial discovery of RPC-394.

Description: RPC-394 is an autonomously beating human heart estimated to be more than two thousand years of age. The exterior of RPC-394 retains the coloration normally associated with a healthy human heart despite lacking any detectable blood cells. RPC-394's main anomalous feature, regarded as RPC-394-1, is it's ability to warp reality to a degree that is commonly associated with the granting of "wishes"; however, instances of RPC-394-1 have always been recorded to cause (either directly or indirectly) harmful and/or lethal effects after the "wish" of RPC-394-1 is granted to the user of RPC-394.1

Its secondary effect, designated RPC-394-2, is the gradual manipulation of a person's ideological and moral standards towards that which can be considered greedy and/or envious in nature,2 with prolonged exposure amplifying this mental manipulation to the point of disregarding any and all preconceived moral convictions, familial bonds, etc.3

RPC-394 has the ability to telepathically communicate with humans/sapient beings within a 4m by 4m range4 RPC-394 has the ability to telepathically communicate with human personnel that approach RPC-394 within said range, with each individual that 'hears' RPC-394 regarding it's 'voice'.

This voice strengthens in both mental influence and understanding as one gets closer to RPC-394. Subjects that are communicating with RPC-394 in this manner will first perceive it as weak, but will increase in volume as time passes. The voice will begin vocalizing in Aramaic, and use more and more English vocabulary as contact is maintained, speaking in fluent English in the end.5

When in telepathic communication with another individual, RPC-394 refers to itself as "Judas of Kerioth"6 or "Sir Judas Iscariot of Kerioth", and firmly believes it is the original Judas as mentioned in the biblical story of Jesus Christ's betrayal. When asked by Interviewers regarding RPC-394's name and/or origin, it will roughly paraphrase the same story as read in the Bible,7 with the key difference being that he had been gifted three separate curses by what RPC-394 believes to be the Judaic 'God' sometime after Jesus Christ's Crucifixion.

The first being 'given' the same reality manipulating abilities Jesus Christ allegedly once possessed, the second being misfortune for those who would ask for 'miracles' to be granted to them, and the third being immortality so that, in RPC-394's own words may "the shadow of my betrayal be forever cast upon humanity, a constant reminder of humanities greed and desire." According to RPC-394, all that remains of its original supposed body is the RPC-394 that we see today.
