People's Committee for the Acquisition of Anomalous Objects
Unofficially known as the CCP's anomalous agency, the PCAAO has been speculated to have established in the aftermath of the Korean War in July, 1953. Over the course of the mid-late 20th century, China's booming economy and influence enabled the PCAAO to expand its operations. Howbeit, the exact structure of the organization is yet unknown.
While relatively neutral towards Monarch Security, there have been previous instances where PCAAO operatives have encountered British operatives, which ensued to joint operations or competing for the same objective.
With the assistance from The Authority and sister agencies such as MI5 and MI6, espionage and counterintelligence against and for the PCAAO remain a priority.

The Authority
Nicknamed as the shadow organization since its first reported sighting in April 18th, 1903, the Authority has since been one of the agency's closest allies in regards to the paranormal and the occult. Monarch Security has most of the time been in supportive of the Authority's action in the fight against the anomaly, but at the past have questioned the methods and operations conducted by the organization.
The Authority and Monarch Security conduct joint operations together, mainly counterintelligence and containment, in the protection of normalcy and in the accordance of the International Anomalous Accords. The Authority, presently, provides assistance and consultation to anomalous investigations within the United Kingdom and British overseas territories.

United Nations Anomalous Activities Committee
As an international regulatory body comprising of national governments and agencies, the United Nations Anomalous Activities Committee enforces the International Anomalous Accords which is the policing and restricting of anomalous agencies from taking advantage of the anomalous for their own benefits.
While the United Kingdom was one of the few founders and original signatories of the IAA, since 1945, Monarch Security seeks for solutions with other member states to continue international peace and normalcy.

Blue Book
Officially, the British Government doesn't recognize Blue Book as an official international organization nor governing body due to their historical tensions stemming from the Blue Book establishment in the mid-late 1950s, and previous encounters that resulted in hostile confrontation.
Additionally, due to increased tensions between Monarch Security and Blue Book, any attempts in diplomatic discussion or contact are to be met with refusal.
