MI13 Format Guide

This is the reworked MI13 Format. Much of the necessary CSS has been converted to components already. MI13 files are organized into a collection under tabs

To begin, use the URL http://rpcauthority.wikidot.com/no-#### when making new MI13 articles. Then title your article No. ####.
First off, add this at the very top of your article. This will allow the hub to read your title.

Secondly, there's the optional Memorandum Notice, the things to keep in mind here are its Clearance Level (and their color code) which are as follows: UNCLASSIFIED (OFFICIAL) (royalblue), PROTECTED (lime), RESTRICTED (greenyellow), CONFIDENTIAL (yellow), SECRET (orange), TOP SECRET (red)¹; and a signature from the Prime Minister of UK²
