Containment Protocols: RPC-365 is stored in the Site-008 anomalous items research wing, room 46-B. Testing of RPC-365 is limited to personnel of Level 3 or higher.

Individuals who have undergone Caduceus Events are to be transferred to Site-008's medical wing and kept constantly monitored.

Unauthorized access of RPC-365 is to be met with detainment, amnesticization, and possible demotion.

Description: RPC-365 is a modified air displacement plethysmograph (ADP), used to measure body composition.¹ RPC-365 is connected to a computer that allows it to function as a standard ADP. In addition to its standard function, RPC-365 is also capable of initializing anomalous events known as Caduceus Events. During a Caduceus Event, RPC-365's window becomes opaque and the following events occur:

• High magnetic attraction
• Increased energy usage
• Visual warping near RPC-365
• Induction of headaches to nearby individuals
• Decreased levels of humidity
• Increased room temperature

Individuals are capable of entering RPC-365 and resting within a seat inside. Near the seat is an emergency cancellation button used to stop RPC-365's standard function. Whether this button is functional or not is unknown, as individuals and items inside are unable to move while RPC-365 is active.

When activated, individuals inside are subjected to a mutation process in which they are transformed into infantile versions of themselves, designated RPC-365-1. It is currently unknown if RPC-365-1 instances retain memories following Caduceus Events as they are placed into comatose states following their transformation. Individuals inside are placed into comatose states following a Caduceus Event. The resulting RPC-365-1 instances awaken from their comatose state anywhere between two and three weeks following the event. Testing has shown that all prior memories are retained, but RPC-365-1 instances are unable to communicate properly until they reach the age of two.^2,3

Foreword: The following interview was conducted 2 years after D-1126 underwent transformation by a Caduceus Event. Dialogue edits have been made post-recording to correct vocal mistakes by RPC-365-1-1.

Dr. Afton: Good afternoon RPC-365-1-1.

RPC-365-1-1: So I'm one of those things now?

Dr. Afton: Well, following the event, yes.

RPC-365-1-1: Great. So what do you want me to talk about?

Dr. Afton: How do you feel?

RPC-365-1-1: Better than before. I can actually speak now. I tried like hell but this past week I've gotten better. I still stumble a bit, though.

Dr. Afton: That's perfectly normal for a chil- sorry, someone of your age.

RPC-365-1-1: See? That's my main issue with this. Before I was this intimidating badass. Now I'm a god damn toddler. People don't take me seriously. Just the other day I was practicing words. Y'know, the most useful ones and this doctor jackass told me to watch my mouth. Come on, man.

RPC-365-1-1 shifts in its chair.

RPC-365-1-1: God, this sucks. You don't think putting me in that thing will bring me back?

Dr. Afton: I'm absolutely positive it won't.

RPC-365-1-1: Anything else you need to know?

Dr. Afton: What was it like inside RPC-365?

RPC-365-1-1: Weren't you there? I remember telling you this already.

Dr. Afton: My memory of the event is uh, hazy to say the least.

RPC-365-1-1 begins to speak, but pauses.

RPC-365-1-1: Huh, I guess mine is too. Anyway, from what I remember, it wasn't like I thought it'd be like

RPC-365-1-1 laughs.

RPC-365-1-1: I've seen those things before. Well— not those things, the non-crazy versions. Used to measure— uh, body… composition?

Dr. Afton: That's correct.

RPC-365-1-1: I thought I was just being taken for some sort of routine testing. I couldn't be more wrong. I faintly remember a massive amount of pain.

Dr. Afton: Anything else?

RPC-365-1-1: I went into a coma right?

Dr. Afton: Yes, that's correct. Do you remember anything from the coma? Dreams perhaps?

RPC-365-1-1: I faintly remember one. It was kinda like I was being… reborn, for lack of a better word.

Dr. Afton: Can you elaborate?

RPC-365-1-1: Well uh— it was very dark. Then it was very bright.

Dr. Afton: Is that it?

RPC-365-1-1: I think there were stars? I'm not entirely sure.

Dr. Afton: Alright. Thank you for your time.

Brief overview: Following its initial test, RPC-365 was assumed to merely revert individuals to a state of infancy. However, this was disproven. RPC-365-1 instances retain memories prior to undergoing a Caduceus Event. Technology like this is inconceivable in the modern world. The practical applications of these properties are highly beneficial for the Authority, which is why I propose extensive testing of RPC-365.

RPC-365 could potentially be beneficial to the Authority in that it can effectively and theoretically extend an individual's lifespan to an infinite degree. I also believe that RPC-365 is capable of curing diseases and physical damage to the body, as evidenced by D-1126's^[1] lack of knee pain post-Caduceus-A.

I wish to lead and conduct further tests on RPC-365 for the forseeable future to test the extent and limit of its anomalous abilities.

Frequent updates will be provided should this request be accepted.

Dr. Afton,

I am hesitant to let you assume to lead position in the testing of RPC-365. At the present moment, it is nothing more than a machine to restart one's life. There still is the possibility of catastrophic outcomes in RPC-365-1 instances which I refuse to let occur.

In addition to this fact, the extension of life is riddled with inconvenience and unreliability. Yes, the machine can cure disease, but so can countless other trained medical professionals and machines here at Site-008. It is simply too much of a risk to shove class D personnel into it and expect positive results. Not to mention the fact that you have not attached any relevant files regarding RPC-365 test subjects when submitting your request.

I will, however, allow you to continue studying the lives and growth of RPC-365-1-1 and -2. Perhaps then we will discuss further testing.

I am sending this from a temporary email as I seem to have forgotten the password to my regular account.

First, I would like to apologize for my lack of sent files as it seemed to have slipped my mind.

Second, I would like to apologize for the late response. The request also seemed to have slipped my mind as of late.

Third, I would like to thank you. Though I will not be testing RPC-365 for the forseeable future, I am happy to study the growth of its outcomes.

Of course, my first concern was the possibility of tumors within subjects. Attached is an MC coronal of RPC-365-1-1 showing no signs of tumors. This is the first step in a possible medical revolution that I am proud to be a part of.
