Containment Protocol:

RPC-929 is to be contained in a sterilized 4m3 chamber paneled with lead. Exploration of ALTR-929 is to be limited to survey drones under Dr. Alexander Milhouse's approval.

RPC-929 is a cross-dimensional rift encased in the disarranged cadaver of 11-year-old Camille █████, a British student who died during the Battle of France (10 May – 25 June 1940).1 Its relative vicinity radiates a coherency bubble calculated to be around 3.73 ACS.

Active organic compounds that are submerged inside the coherency bubble for a period of 30-45 minutes (depending on mass) are abruptly teleported into a sub-dreamscape designated as ALTR-929. While displaying physical laws and other properties typical of baseline reality, it is structured in a particle-waveform state. The exact nature of ALTR-929's framework and the validity of its designation as an "alternate reality" is still debated.

ALTR-929, otherwise known as le Royaume Souverain de la Reine Carina (English: the Sovereign Kingdom of Queen Carina), is a landmass with a biosphere similar to Western Europe. It’s inhabitants, designated ALTR-929-e, which take the form of entities modeled after typical fauna, cryptids and fictional creatures sourced from myths, storybooks, and/or RPC-929-1’s imagination.

All forms of life, whether native or foreign, are unable to die while inside ALTR-929’s barring the presence and intervention of RPC-929-2.

Three major entities occupy the reality as forces of ALTR-929's nature, designated RPC-929-1, RPC-929-2, and RPC-929-3. They regulate and control the state of ALTR-929 and its interaction with the baseline reality. Description of these entities are as follows:

Registered Phenomena Code: 929-1

Hazard Types:Additional Properties: h-sapient.png Sapient h-immeasurable.png Immeasurable

RPC-929-1 appears to be the corporeal personification of RPC-929’s remaining consciousness as Camille █████. Despite theoretically being conscious for over 95 years, it is developmentally stunted, exhibiting a juvenile outlook of its surrounding.

RPC-929-1's nature is to create and maintain its creation as RPC-929's "ego". The exercise of its reality-warping property can be identified by the disembodied sound of a ringing bell. RPC-929-1 is formally known as "Her Sovereign Grace" and the "Sorceress Queen" as a title of endearment by the native inhabitants.

(Excerpt from a retrieved document)

I was brought into this majestic world as a subject of her Sovereign Grace's divine will. This wonderland, a visage of a prepossessing world, is an endless exercise of her gracious creativity and love. From the throne of heaven to the sole of the earth, she has been treasured in the eternal arms of the sovereign angels above.

As evident by the preserved carcasses around RPC-929-1 during its initial discovery, several foreign organisms have been transported and killed over the course of RPC-929's 95 years of activity. The most notable of these entities is a person of interest named "Camille Jean Carina" (designated PoI-929A). Police records in the city of Orléans revealed this PoI to have gone missing around 1968.

Addendum-929-A: Property Analysis

ALTR-929 holds a variety of supplemental properties set in place by RPC-929-1. An example of one would be the "Intertitle," which can be seen below:

Subject: RPC-929-1, PoI-929A

Supervisor: Head Researcher Alexander Milhouse

Foreward: The following transcript was taken to test out LCQ drone vIII's ability to render RPC-929-1's intertitle.

Addendum-929-B: Exploration Log

A total of 4 survey drones6 were sent to explore ALTR-929 to search for an exit out of ALTR-929, but none were recovered. On 3/12/2019, CSD-6868 was assigned to explore ALTR-929 alone.
