Primary Report:
RCP-0605 denotes a pair of individuals with a connection to parallel universes, or so one of them claims to be. RCP-0605-A is, or was, an Authority agent who attempted to escape the European safe zone. When interrogated, RCP-0605-A reluctantly revealed he had feelings for a terrorist in the "Americas." At this point, the Authority believed that RCP-0605-A was a lovestruck spy working for the New World Rebellion within the ruins of the USA. However, at around this point, RCP-0605-A began to manifest its anomalous powers. To better utilize the current predicament, they were transferred to a holding cell located in HAUFFMAN Pyr. His counterpart, this mysterious lover dubbed RCP-0605-C, is being hunted down. BoBo's forces in Salt Lake City have been permitted to kill her on sight, along with any other rebels aiding her.
Daily, RCP-0605-A is subjected to Authority reconditioning. So far, he is resistant and has refused to renounce any loyalty he has to his terrorist contact. He has declined to reveal any information regarding her identity or whereabouts, no matter the methods we have used. This psychological shift implies that whatever anomalous event has occurred within his mind has also corrupted his mind and soul, making him unrighteous. If RCP-0605-A can be saved, he and his powers will be a great asset to the Authority.
Auxiliary Report:
RCP-0605-C was spotted attempting to break into HAUFFMAN Pyr moments before the writing of this update. The attack was likely an attempt to kidnap her informant, RCP-0605-A. It is unknown how she was able to bypass so many checkpoints at the time. An after-incident review revealed that she had compromised many security measures by utilizing reality-altering abilities similar to those of her counterpart. Her attempts were not perfect, and it is doubtful that she had total control over the power, as her attempt was unsuccessful. During her endeavor to assault our compound, she had unintentionally modified a hallway into a labyrinth, closing herself off from the rest of the facility and RCP-0605-A. Stuck and with nowhere to go, she would be gunned down shortly after by a platoon of RCPA Agents.

The loss of RCP-0605-A was avoidable, and his death was unnecessary.
Interrogation measures were superfluous in the wake of RCP-0605-C's death.
This is a missed opportunity to spread the righteousness of our Authority to the others.
