This was an excellent blend of feels and a genuinely spooky moment. Especially considering how 240 Omega kept the human in stasis for over a dozen years because it couldn't understand why the human killed himself. There is like this sense of alien unfamiliarity behind the man's actions that the anomaly struggles to comprehend it.
While this may seem petty, you should note that making the GOI which is central to the article seem unimportant is a really bad thing for the GOI.
But other than that this article is very well made. A solid 4.5 stars, and I always round up when it come to rating.
I know we don't really like comparing things to similar stuff on the SCP. But this reminded me of both SCP-176 and SCP-1033. Both of which were pieces I liked. Then again, it may be because "temporal loops" or anything like that aren't exactly groundbreaking.
I don't withhold stars just because something is similar to something on the SCP, I'm just pointing it out. I'll give this a 4 star. It was really good, but didn't quite captivate me like a 5 star should.
Congrats.

Props. i really liked reading this.
To preserve the MST NATO naming scheme, the name of the MST mentioned in this article has been changed from "Omega-13" to "Oscar-13."
The inclusion of KK in this article does not seem justified and could easily be replaced with any other GOI.
Aww, this was sad! A few notably good parts in this were the good use of the premise, the scare factor of it having happened 990,987 times, and the satisfying end. The inclusion of the KK PoI doesn't bother me really as a couple of comments above me have said, its always possible to come across an unrelated anomaly hunting down a PoI.
Unfortunately it has problems that prevent me from rating 5. The dialogue during the first test log can definitely use more realistic improvements, as it is unintentionally funny right now. The RPC-240-Ω test logs feel pointless, its already known that the entity dematerializes when anything comes to it. Plus:
RPC-240 was discovered by MST November-12 “Dumpster Divers” when the team was tracking down PoI-428.
November-12 is not tasked with hunting PoIs, they are "Focused on the exploration of anomalous areas, with specialization on dimensional anomalies with spatially large interiors".
Overall, a very nice RPC that uses the time loop gimmick well. 4 stars.
