This is pretty much standard fare for an article of its age. The phenomenon exists just to injure people for no reason and yet is easily contained, taking away whatever scare factor it could've had. Its effects aren't fully realized, the dialogue is unconvincing, and the logs unimaginatively repeat the description.
For some more specific points, how sensible is it to put "at least eight guards" around a publicly-visible building? Wouldn't that raise some questions? It seems to me like boarding up the entrance and windows would do fine. Also, I try not to base my criticisms on formatting too often, but the formatting of the logs is also consistently inconsistent and deranged.
RPC-746, for its flaws, is still a better "teeth horror" article than this one; this is unfocused and bland. 2/5
(First comment? Huh.)
