the bottom part is kinda broken
Very detailed description and a very accurate protrayal of the fey folk in this article, this was a delightful read.
I don't think this introduces much of substance to the idea of fey, and what it does introduce isn't explored very well, in addition to the log being rife with grammatical errors. I'd like to see it expanded upon, but as it stands it was a pretty predictable read.
2/5
It's a very good article, although it has its fair share of problems.
This is a pretty well done description of the fay as an anomaly which can often be overdone or boring - but, what it does is both the best and somewhat the worst part of the article. It builds up from the base idea of this just being fairies, but they're anomalous by adding your own stuff to it, namely the caste system and their use of technology made by humans. On the other hand, this concept is just mentioned, and not completely explored.
There is no show of the caste system coming into play, no examples of the technology re-appropriated into something else or the mix of the two. John's gun is mentioned, but that's about it - wouldn't it be cool if this weapon caused some sort of event among the people, with them using the pistol as something they would find useful? It can be anything from a defense system, an execution device, or knowing fay a particularly bombastic centerpiece of a party.
The audio part is also hard do read through with nothing much to it.
All in all, it's a cool article that could have been cooler.
