An earnest attempt at creating a simple and thought-provoking anomaly. I did enjoy this, but it was bogged down by a few points. Some of the effects are unnecessary or poorly explained. You can't just casually tell me about "human mitosis" without elaborating further.
The notes range from cute in-universe details and valuable information to mind-numbing, drawn-out explanations of events that the reader was just told about. The author shouldn't want to hold the reader's hand through the most obvious and telegraphed implications, but here they seem really insistent that you understand how "the drink is what you think it is" for no real reason. Of all the things in the article to explain? A shame, because I seriously have no idea what the hell this is supposed to mean:
Once RPC-808 has been sufficiently filled, no method has been shown to be able to empty it besides consumption by subject or termination of subject. Testing with CSDs shows termination to inevitably cause RPC-808 to be knocked over or otherwise spill its contents in 100% of recorded tests.
Pretty decent overall, though. 4/5
(P.S. Having a collaborative log directly in an article feels like a bad idea. I kinda wish that I knew this was collaborative before setting out to review it. However, from the edit history, it appears that only one third-party log was added in this article's >4 year lifespan, so it probably didn't make a huge difference.)
