on the image caption, just put "rpc-xxx"
we know it was recently contained thats why they take the image at all

discovery log should probably come after the description, it kind of breaks the flow a bit

"Cold temperature is the only method proven to subdue it enough for containing by stiffening it's leather." why and how did they test this?

"When unconstrained, RPC-061 will immediately pursue any human in it's vicinity. Despite only being a gauntlet, it has reported to move at speeds of 60/Kmh." does it hover, how does it move exactly
if it can move this fast why doesn't it bust out of its cell
i get it's constrained, but why doesn't it break through the constraints if it can move at 60 kilometers an hour

other than that i like it, but i can't rate it any higher than a 3

Good point on the caption and I guess the discovery does go well after the description as well.

If you've ever handled leather, it grows very stiff in the cold. This is basic material science. I would trust people trying to contain a leather and metal glove to attempt to slow it down via cold.

As for your last point, 60km/h is only about 35mph while running on it's fingers. It's hardly rocket speed and it still has to follow the laws of physics. it only has so much mass so a glove moving at 35mph is going to feel like a mild punch at best. Hence it's method of escape is to constantly scrape and scratch with the sharp metal of the glove. That is why it is kept cold and is regularly inspected for damage to it's steel containment that is designed to resist such damage.

Ehhhhhh… it's a thing that possesses you and makes you violent. I think you could dig more into the honor/dishonor side of things. As it is I'm not seeing much here that grabs me, no pun intended.

This was my biggest gripe during the draft stage of this, I was disappointed to see it hadn't really been remedied.

I am currently doing so. I don't know much of way to work that into the article, but I am expanding with further experiment logs and a field log from the discovery of it.

Honestly? Because i don't know in lore if Authority even has a loyalty test or some level so I didn't want to throw out a random description to define the level of loyalty.

It manages to hit too many clichés with a erratic tone.

While it does have a fun aspect to it, it falls onto a lot of clichés and fails to compensate for them in terms of development. A lot more could've been done with the personality of the object.
