I have several problems.

Established 7th, May, 1959.

I find it a bit too hard to believe that the Authority has the capacity for a moon launch within 2 years of the first successful satellite launch. Maybe make it be established during the early 70s?

This is a modified version of NASA's Apollo 11 rocket,

Saturn V rocket, not Apollo rocket.

Site-099 is the RPC's oldest extra-planetary site

This place is not called the RPC. It's called the Authority, or the RPC Authority.

Unfortunately, these problems have broken my immersion way too many times for me to take this Site seriously.

Besides the concerns already addressed, I find it strange no Security Personnel is stationed. The Authority deals with many threats, they would have a reason to station some security personnel at such an out there location such as a lunar base. The Administrative personnel makes sense, however security would be important in such a place.
