A few places with grammatical errors, but otherwise fine writing.
My biggest problem with this is the apparent and sudden shifting in attitude, you have meta jokes, d class dying, and what I can only assume is a self insert doctor.
Please either make this more serious or make it a -j about a wishing cave that "grants wishes" ala poetic irony.
I also can't understand the decision to have a header that just repeats the classification information.
For those reasons I gave you a -

edit-there are also some errors in continuity of wishes, some of them don't make sense
example: drink wish, gun wish, last wish
these wishes just couldn't be twisted wording wise to do what they've done in this article

I like this, but footnote 1 is pretty tone-breaking. I don't think the Authority would put "fun facts" in their articles. +3

Seems a bit too humorous for a mainline article. There is no understandable reason behind whether or not the cave is malicious, confused, or completely random. Why, for example, the the original person to find the cave have his wish for better hair fulfilled properly? His second wish, and the wish of everyone else, were fulfilled inappropriately in was thay even a mean genie couldn't manage.

I do like the idea of having this cave hidden by having a purposefully suspicious building near it, however, the article as a whole seems poorly thought out and doesn't follow any sort of logic. If people who enter the cave are given an item of some variety, why does wishing you could fly eject you from the cave? How did he get ejected without turning and walking the three paces? How is being soaked in water "a good drink"?

Hi, just to answer a few concerns from the previous guy, you're looking for logic when there isn't any, this is magic, old Scottish magic that flows from intelligence and therefore does not follow any sort of logical pattern, three people could walk in one after the other and all ask for the same thing, all would leave with something different.
The Cave does what it pleases, it may choose to give you what you most desire, it may choose to play a prank on you, it may choose to ignore you. It is not random it is simply making its own decisions on a whim.

I am planning a partial re-write of this RPC along with RPC-042-J, but this will not be anytime soon, I have a lot other projects that need my attention for the time being.

I think beyond the "fun fact" footnote this is just a really good article, and i'm a pretty big fan of it

I like the idea here, but the execution… not quite.

First of all, immediately I have an issue with the object class. They built a whole tourist attraction, they have armed guards, seems like they've done a bit of work to prevent people from getting into this one. I think that should qualify it for a Beta rating, personally.
Then there's the experiment logs which basically tell us nothing about the anomaly. Does it actually grant wishes, or does it genie/monkey paw your wish and screw you over? The article seems to flip-flop all the time on this. Even the acquisition log is unsure, the blogger guy first actually got what he wished for, then he got monkey paw'd. The last experiment log is even worse: If you find a genie and ask it for information on it, there is no reasonable way for it to twist that wish and give you information on yourself.
There were also a couple of sentences which I think could have been phrased better, but that happens to everyone. I think my last gripe with this is the fact that an RPC article should definitely not have the words "fun fact" in it.
As others said, this doesn't seem serious enough for a main line RPC. Perhaps lean into the jokes and make it a -j?

Pretty good. The only 2 things I'd change would be that "the ability to fly" would give a parachute/hanglider/similar thing and that the rogue wish would be granted correctly.

Since otherwise it's a cave that gives you small gifts and punishes you for getting greedy, but for those two ones it fucks over the CSD for no reason.

A simple premise, but well executed. Thoroughly enjoyable, even during the Containment Protocols, which is a rare sight.

My only "complaints": I didn't really take much issue with the seemingly random way it decides whether to grant or subvert a wish, but I would understand and wouldn't mind if that were changed. And Alpha-White is definitely a lenient containment rating; Beta-Yellow would be more like it.

In spite of those few nitpicks, I give this article a confident 5/5.

It's a good article, but could have been a bit more experimental

The "randomness" of the wishes is no issue to me at all - if anything, it's their consistency of all of them being somewhat malicious in nature that sort of irks me, except maybe the hair and job one. By themselves, they are amusing enough but there is no story through them. The cave shows intelligence and wit, but so does a malicious genie. Granting certain wishes in the way some wishers intended could have showed more of the cave's personality and preference for the type of people it likes and dislikes. Here, we can kind of see it "awards" those that wish for simple, practical stuff while severely punishes those that are especially selfish, want to hurt others or greedy. I only would have wanted for the positive grants to have been as imaginative as the punishing ones.
