This is a really neat concept, imagine just driving along a road before appearing within orbit next to RPC-888. +1
This reminds me of a story my father told me while he was on vacation in Ireland. You see, in Ireland, if you miss your exit, you don't end up a few miles away before you get the chance to turn back. If you miss your exit, you're going to another county before you can turn back.
This is a decent idea. Don't have much complaints besides the final esoteric instance being confusing, but I have to say this was a good article. 4 stars.
Dreams. Each man longs to pursue his dream. Each man is tortured by this dream, but the dream gives meaning to his life. Even if the dream ruins his life, man cannot allow himself to leave it behind. In this world, is man ever able to possess anything more solid, than a dream?

Competent delivery, but the anomaly lacks creativity. The Xi and Rho variants are barebones, while the Pi variant feels profoundly unexplored both figuratively and literally. Skipping or, worse, redacting the interesting parts is a common failing in articles of this age.
The incident reports take a step in the right direction by putting the effects into practice, but unfortunately that's about it. Each one is a very simple reflection of the respective effect that doesn't establish anything of note.
It's strange how there are no listed protocols for active RPC-195 instances. You'd think they would block them off if disuse makes them go away, but nothing of the sort is directly mentioned.
Felt meaningless and didn't really captivate me. 2/5
The idea is nice, a simple anomaly which can lead to wacky scenarios. But, the author didn't do enough with it. Reading this felt like being in college whilst the professor just gushes out information without further development of said information. The addendums are the best part of the article and showed what could have been, just not enough. Disappointed me, which makes me give it a 2/5.
(Also, adding foot notes to them big words helps the article flow smoother.)
This RPC was middle of the road (ha) for me. For one we have a compelling concept that easily makes me enjoy this. On the other hand, I feel like this could be easily expanded upon. Showing a table of differences between RPC-195-α through ν and an exploration log of RPC-195-π are a couple of ideas that can be done to make this better. Maybe make the roads have stranger patterns. I still enjoyed whatever was of in the article however. 3 stars.
