What to do with the losing 001 Proposals

I was thinking that some of the 001 Proposals that will lose the contest could still be uploaded as main-list articles since a lot of them are pretty good. The Omega classifications would be changed to Gamma of course.

The problem with changing their class from Omega to Gamma would mean they would need to be rewritten to reflect that.

If you are rewriting it then its just the same as any other RPC, and should be treated as such, in the name of fairness.

Then maybe since the articles would originally have been 001 Proposals, it would make sense for them to be able to still use the Omega classification? Some aren't even Omega, they're Omnicron.
