I really loved the amount of care that was taken for the images and formatting.

Minor nitpick:

RPC-127 could reach intelligence levels rivaling college-level adult humans.

I don’t think it makes sense to use “college-level” as a measure of intelligence. It would make more sense to do it by age.

What do you mean? it working as they intended is what spooked me. They're litterally using it to brainwash people. That's all kinds of messed up. It would have been better if this operation ended up backfiring.
