I really like it, it's well written and reseached (plus it reminds me of S.T.A.L.K.E.R).
I can tell you spent some time reading about this disaster and in fact you're very accurate.
I changed the title since it said SCP instead of RPC
I really liked it. Found a couple of small errors there, but overall it's a well written article, with an awesome concept.
Just one suggestion: Maybe put the names in the interview logs in Bold, I kept getting lost on who was saying what between Agent Williams and LC Chayka, but that could've been just me not paying enough attention.
As other have said, this is very well written, intersting and quite intriguing. I specially liked the concept of the radiation bros; not threatening or agressive, just kinda there. There is a very mysterious theme that is executed in a great way.
Nice entry, i wonder why i didn't notice it before.

I very much enjoyed reading this, but I have a few comments.
First, when it was mentioned that there would be interviews with the anomalies, I was incredibly excited. However, the further I read the less likely it seemed that there would be any documentation of this interview. And then, there was an "interview." Incredibly short, leaving confusion, and all around I think that the article would've been better without that poor excuse for an interview. A longer interview would have made the article better or, better yet, don't mention that there were interviews since the description makes it seem as though the anomaly is just a collection of animated hazmat suits, not sentient beings. It would be better to make it phrase it as though the anomaly was actually an entity in the suits, or keep the anomaly as animated suits, not both.
My second complaint is that during the interview with Chayka, the interview begins in Russian and then continues in English. This does not make sense as none of the other interviews are transcribed in any language other than English.
Other than that, great article, very intriguing. I very much enjoyed reading it. I do notice that the article is RPC-086, which could be referring to the fact that the Chernobyl Nuclear Disaster took place in the early morning hours of April 26th, 1986.
The premise is worth Five Stars, but the way this article has been executed makes it worth no more than Three.
