My idea for a GOI would be the Thule Society, a Nazi organization that collected and created anomalous Objects to use against the Allied powers.

Just wanna put this out there: Nazis are extremely cliche.
Some times, cliche can work though. I guess.
Think about it, if we've managed to gain access to anomalous items, and Communist China has some; what's to say Nazis didn't find any?

I had an idea for a part of the US Government having it's own anomalous division, kinda like how china has one. Could make it go as far back to the Civil War if you wanted, or have an RPC event or story where the Union and Confederacy used anomalous items against one another, and the Union managed to pull through by their division being better skilled. I was having trouble with a name, however.
I like this idea, but I would do their history differently. Lets say a conspriacy theorist is assigned to be the head of the NSA or CIA or something like that and starts to use CIA assets to investigate, expose, and oppose the Authority. Kind of a mix of this idea and 1stpersononmars's idea.
1. A group of conspiracy theorists who raid the Authority for paranormal entities to prove their existence worldwide.
2. A copy of Chaos Insurgency (Well Darwin's Hand did it!).
GOI Name: Democratic People's Republic of Korea Anomalous Asset Unit
Summary: A part of North Korea’s military that capture and use anomalous objects found within North Korea

GOI Name: Officium Anomaliarum Catholicæ
Summary: The Vatican's version of a collection group, that basically gathers anomalies associated with Christianity and the Catholic Church. Doesn't weaponize, but keeps very secretive and well-guarded, so would probably be a T-03, resisting authority efforts to contain stuff related to them, but fine with literally everything else, provided they don't interfere with Church functions.
A bit more detail that me and Mr Aztec over at the discord fleshed out: make it be linked to the Third Secret of Fatima, in that the real Third Secret is to order the Vatican to create the group. To quote Mr. Aztec on the 'true' Third Secret's content: "In the coming days will be many strange Gifts of the Lord, and the Mother Church must gather these for the Day of Judgement and Fire."
GOI name: 18th layer of hell
Summary: basically a Buddhist cult that believe any group trying to use anomalous objects for self gain will end up causing the world to end. They're not very powerful so they couldn't do much to any organization that has a lot of backing and weaponry.
I don't think a Buddhist cult would believe something like certain actions leading to the end of the world or name itself after a concept that has nothing to do with Buddhism. Unless they are the crazy violent Buddhist that sometimes kill people of other religions in some parts of the world.
GOI Name: (Pending)
Summary: An anomalous company comprised of programmers, tabletop players, video game makers, writers and artists that have formed together to create products that appeal to their various interests. The group would be responsible for selling anomalous video games, tabletop games, comics, books, miniatures etc. There products are intended to be harmless and fun, but there'll be some unforeseen accidents or defective products out there as well.
A few ideas for them involve a mirror that lets you take on the appearance of your character reference sheet to improve immersion while playing or for cosplaying.
A videogame that teleports you into a digital world to take part in the adventure.(Kinda cliche I know) But you can actually bring back rewards from the game into the real world.
A comic book that reacts to outside stimuli and affects the story as you read. Poking the panel would make it shake, and carry the effect over to the next one. Dropping water on it, could flood a panel. And doodling in the comic, can have drastic effects, like adding new characters that adopt the comic's art style.
I had a similar thought the other day. Mine was more focused on video games and creating objects to find ways to break the "real world physics engine". That lead me to think of the name "Speedrunners".
But thinking some more a better catchall might be "T-Posers". Thoughts?
As a massive nerd I adore this idea. Maybe they host anomalous anime/comic conventions in bizarre places the Authority can't find. For a potential name suggestion i'm thinking something Sci-Fi or Fantasy related like "The Guild of Imagination" or "Planet Fantasy." These are just suggestions so it's up to you. They would probably be T-02. I'm eager to write an RPC on this.
GOI Name: Ouroboros Club
Summary: A secret cabal between immortals and the few mortals whom they think would make good company, and who they groom to be immortals. May be responsible for some RPC that relates to immortality.
Immortality comes in many forms. Some members are biologically immortal, as in they will not die of natural causes. Some are 'jumpers', those whose mind/soul gets transferred to another body at the time of death. Some are Liches, in which they reform at a specific place after death. Some require sacrifices, of flesh, or blood, or money, or souls, or other esoteric substances to keep them alive for longer. But none have reached the fabled perfection of immortality, the one that survives the heat death of the universe.
That is why the Ouroboros Club exist. Not only to transform people's mortal coils to loop back on itself, but to make that loop truly endless, without petty requirements or attachments.
GOI Name: The Hunter’s Club
Summary: A company that capture anomalous organisms or animals and put said anomalous animals in a area where rich people can come and pay money to the GOI to hunt said anomalous animal.
I could see some interesting interactions between such group and the Authority. Maybe they cooperate to capture or research about some organisms in some cases, or sell each other organisms.
