I think it's an interesting look into the initial steps of RPC. It still holds multiple SCP-related cliches and elements, such as the reality-ending anomaly being described on the same level of a much tamer example, unnecessary interviews with smug interviewees, and not enough exploration of the potential themes and abilities that the anomaly possesses.
For example, it seems that the verses are taken quite literally and at face value - Lot's wife was transformed into a pillar of salt because she went against God's and her husband's orders, whilst the CSD was transformed as such just because he was simply reading the verse. Additionally, the CSD resurrecting after three days is by itself balsphemous, but his mind was shattered - most likely due to another cliche being in use, but it still shows that some thought was put into possible effects of using such power.
If this was posted as a draft around this time, it would require a lot more work and rewriting. But in this form, it's simply a good look into where we came from and how far we've come.
