I hope it is clear that the article's intent is not to add more mechanics to the lore, but develop psychism in a character and environment focused way.
These themes are used in an article about certain individual psychics, but both are meant to function standalone.

A psychic does not need to study thaumaturgy, nor read of ritual. A psychic is the mind that makes a subjective inner world into a matter of objective reality.
Specify a bit more that psychics are people with innate powers, because psychics still do practice thaumaturgy, and some needs rituals. Think of spirit mediums for example, and how they're called psychics IRL.
While an idea would normally diffusely manifest in the Infoplane, then flow through the Sea of Forms in its ideal, perfect state, and finally achieve physical identity through the process of its creation, psychics can manipulate, skip and/or reverse this interaction between mind and reality.
In the introduction, you mentioned charisma, which would be more so related to memetics than the sea of forms, which are very different things. Telepathy, pathokinesis, or the distortion of memories/idealogies for example, would be more so related to memetics.

Unity through psychism: From the Oracle of Delphi to Hitler's Occultism
If you're gonna reference a fake book, at least reference it like an actual publication.
Format: First Name Last Name, Book Title (City: Publisher, Year), page number.
Example: John Smith, History of Europe (New York: Oxford University Press, 2019), 45.
The format of the history of psychicism is really, really not good. You have to fix the wordcount of the text and the images to avoid all those "@@" spams. Especially since you're gonna have people with different desktops that's gonna see the off-putting formatting.
Try separating your paragraphs as much as possible, into blocks of 3 sentences. If you don't know what to add after a specific history section, like for example, "Pythia and the Temple of Apollo", you could make the next paragraph the Anthropology & History Department's take on it, explaining why they added that section into their history and what that has done for the history of understanding psychics. Of course, you could always just expand more on that history.
Another formatting change I suggest is making images way smaller. Use dividers more, and make sure the text simply overflows the image height. Simply, avoid the "@@" spams.
The following crit is more gonna be lore suggestions rather than strict grammar fix. Follow it or reject it as you wish.
Pythia and the Temple of Apollo
Oracles aren't necessarily psychics. Prophets and seers were common professions during ancient Greece, as they believe that prophets are divinely inspired by the gods, as if they were possessed by the gods. (kind of an Early Light analog I suppose?)
In the Bible, specifically, Acts 16:16–18, the Apostle Paul was able to exorcise a slave girl who had a "spirit of divination" who has been bothering him, relenquishing her of the ability of prophecy. I know it's a weird tidbit for me to include, but considering the Auctoritas would be interested in the theology of psychics, I think it's important. This passage would imply that Delphic-style oracle medium is more of a thaumaturgy rather than a psychic ability (of course, this doesn't necessarily mean that they aren't psychics as well).
I'm sure you can make a workaround or make some sort of explanation for how this system works and how the history of semantics slowly developed over time.
Nostradamus and the preservation of Les Prophéties
Again, I think you're missing out by not including a passage that's the Auctoritas's early theological debate on the validity of Nostradamus's prophecy. It would be an early instance of the Auctoritas discovering a human with great power that doesn't necessarily come from witchcraft, nor is a full fledged vatican-approved miracle.
Helena Blavatsky
This section feels incredibly underbaked, and I feel you should do more research into her to develop her RPC-verse lore more.
I think this section is better suited for the proto-psychic theories like animal magnetism by Franz Mesmer being published in official scientific journals. Just look up any of Isaac Newton's contemporaries and you'll find plenty of debunked scientific paper that's one of the earliest sign of the idea of psychics (and how they're different from thaumaturgy).
Grigori Rasputin’s infiltration of the Russian Imperial Family
While the section itself isn't bad, it doesn't really benefit the entire History tab in any meaningful way. It simply says "Rasputin was a psychic that existed". I think every section of the history doc should be an active player in contributing the Authority's current understanding of psychics. I guess an obvious way to make Rasputin relevant is by having the Soviets research him so they can create artificial psychics?
German wartime occultism
Again, very undercooked. Look up Erik Jan Hanussen, Ludwig Straniak, Karl Maria Wiligut.
Hitler believed Aryans had some sort of latent ability that may be psychic. It's where this whole idea of Aryan ancestral memory came from.
Parapsychology and the Psychic Constant
I think it makes more sense that the theory of the Psychic Constant was made alongside the theory of the infoplane, which would give more credence to this theogenics/egregores thought form idea they have. You should seperate the paragraph talking about the more scientifically inclined USOC/IrIn from the more artistic side of things though.

Wolfgang Metzger's Vidicap
I think I mentioned it before, but I think it's best if you include the tidbit that the VidiCap is one of the oldest infoplane related tech, and is also the prototype for a lot of infoplane related tech such as the Janus Somatic Photograph, or the LCQ machine, and even infospace ALTR stuff (might want to ask Alma/Tarb for help on this though). Mainly because it was an early yet advanced machine that reads the brain.
Psychism and art
Idk why you put a recently post-WW2 section of the article after the cold war. You should just put it in the section right after Parapsychology and the Psychic Constant instead. It just doesn't feel right that the history tab ends with the academy and not the vidicaps and its latter machine systems.
The I, I, I, and U
I really advise you just reformat this entire section so you can explain the facets of Isolate, Ignomy, Individualize and see Unity more clearly. Like a bullet point or something. It's just not a very good tab.
