Been off and on on this for a while. Memotic shenanigans is probably what delayed it the most.

Originally supposed to build upon a proposed expansion to memotic lore. But that took too much time and was honestly creatively exhausting so I took out some of the jargon before uploading.

Some of it was just very intrinsic, mainly memotic fluctuation, so it had to stay.

Nevertheless, I hope it is understandable without a separate document.

And to the generous RPCers who took some of their time to help me with my creative endevours:

I was apprehensive at first over the raising stakes and Black Site being involved, either because they're hard to write well or because everyone mildly involved in RPC has an innate fear of scope creep, but you balanced it well enough. I found the dialogue sometimes has cuts (like Kepler at one point saying "Holy shit!" to cut two action phrases) that felt awkward, too forced into the flow of the story, but otherwise the cast were an entretaining bunch of characters. One could say their personalities are cliched but I found playing them straight fit the story perfectly.

I especially enjoyed the small glimpses of Robert's past, and Kepler is a convincing enough protagonist that despite the Presidium being reasonable in their approach considering the stakes of both 953 outbreaks and their focus on developing one of the Authority's biggest aces, amnestics, I felt the vague notion that I recognized Kepler to be righteous and the Authority to be tyrannical.

I give it 5 stars. This may sound too charitable, or sycophantic, but again, few writers dare make truly dangerous RPCs and I respect the ambition. Also I was going to mention some typos but I lost them on the way to writing this.
