Description
The Artificer Ant is an elusive family of ants of the subfamily Formicinae
You’re inconsistent with what the family/subfamily is.
before its colonies migrated across Europe, Asia, Africa, and North and South America at around 3,000–2,000 BC.
I would suggest “circa 3,000-2000 BC”
within four generations
Within four generations of what?
The exoskeleton is typically a deep brown to black, occasionally displaying iridescent or metallic sheens in mature workers.

a collective cognitive network emerges, facilitating complex problem-solving, technological innovation, and cultural expression
So are they a hive mind or are they individuals?

The phenomenon is relatively rare, with confirmed occurrences in approximately 8% of surveyed colonies.
You say this, but all the listed colonies have dieties

Final Thoughts
Overall I enjoyed this, but I would appreciate a little more detail in some areas. You’re a little unclear about whether the ants are ever individuals or if they’re a hive mind. Also, some things sound cool (like their wars) and aren’t really touched on. Overall, good effort, but could be better.
Situation normal, Cap'n! Spiraling out of control!
I like the fact that they're ants and they adapt to things they perceive as more intelligent. I do however also think its disappointing how humanocentrist they come across. It's to the point they feel like mini men, from the diet, the governance and architecture. You reasonably explain how this is due to human domination, but I think it would be more interesting if you find exceptions to the rule.
Additionally, the colonies are very steady. They exist in their system, their bubble, and that's it. I'd prefer if there was more exploration of the colonies' challenges and how they solve them, interaction outside of their typical, showcase some ant diplomacy or war. I want to see the applicant in action, not just the interview.
I think that complementing the research tone would be a more evolutionary approach of describing the ants. Because currently, they feel a bit too "perfect" to be a natural entity, however foreign to this reality. I understand their magical, but that is in regard to their spirituality, not their physicality I assume. For example:
dense arrays of sensory hairs and chitinous micro-tools, allowing for the fine manipulation of solid materials.
Humans need a hyper brain just to flex one finger instead of a fist. Maybe a comment on how their nervous system handles this? Maybe connect this to the hive-mind somehow?
A specialized gastric enzyme secreted from the crop enables these ants to soften and reshape plastics, resins, and low-density metals.
Plastics and resins I get, but metal is a vastly different material for one compound to manage. Additionally, polymers rely on hydrocarbon bonds, such as all organic life, how do the ants guard against the enzyme affecting themselves? In human bodies, it's by making digestive enzymes only activate at the lower pH values of the GI tract.
RPC-XXX instances are resistant to most conventional chemical pesticides
Why and how? As far as I can discern, the article has little need for this trait.
synanthropic relationship with human societies
“Syanthropic” already means “lives with humans”.
However, due to their insectoid neurology
Hasn’t stopped them before…
ley-resonant
What is this? God radiation?
Its psionic emission patterns resemble leyline harmonics found in the Prambanan complex.
Huh? How are leylines correlated to psionics? What does this mean?
