Site-070 asks the question: "What if we let a facility do whatever it wants?" and answers it poorly because, realistically, it'd just turn into a regular facility. Don't take Site-070 too seriously; it's an exaggerated site made for fun.

The content is all very compelling but I'm not convinced on the portrayal. Like, IRL you can't just go and say "yeah those guys are the most corrupt in our company" in official documentation, you get insta fired and blacklisted. The straightforward descriptive approach of the format works against you here not just because of the in-universe implications of everyone just sort of accepting this place exists and can be volunteered to, but because you're jumping straight to batshit really casually without much buildup, which is a shame because logically this stuff works out, they provide a kind of invaluable service that can't be done away with so easily. But can you imagine reading up on CIA units and seeing that they just have an "Anti-FBI Special Squadron"? I mean, they might, but that sort of thing's kept very hush-hush, you hear about it as a rumor, more reported by a journalist than formally documented.
