Good stuff, but I think more could be expanded. The site itself is an anomaly on how it operates. That being said, it still benefits the Authority. I worked on an article which basically shows an invention from the site that could be used in Authority security. I think you should show, especially from those supervising the site from the outside (or in), what is going on inside the site? What big projects are being worked on outside of the individual pursuits of individual mad staff.

I don't have much to say, the article looks like it's ready to go. I like the idea of a rogue Authority site - though I think the Authority is being a tad too lenient on these guys. They have too much autonomy IMO. Other than that, it's pretty good.
It is also possible that anomalous properties behave differently under this influence.
I would elaborate on this section. How does it change the behavior of anomalous properties?
