Critic Note: This is fine, but I would recommend going deeper as an idea. What assets are used to keep Kim Jung Un from spilling the beans. Talk memetic, talk AI-voice editing, talk active manipulations of live feed footage.

RPC-723 is kept alive by feeding off the suffering of people around it. The ritual is becoming less effective over time. He is incapable of movement and likely in constant pain at this point. RPC-723 is supposedly "communing" with people psychically. It also uses these psychotronic abilities to defend itself from people who may attempt to harm it.
