Holy shit, as someone particularly sensitive to sexually-themed articles, this disturbed me. The last addendum leaves just enough for the imagination.
However, It did take me a couple of re-reads as well as as scouring through drafts to fully comprehend the text. The first time I read "when consumed by a pregnant woman" I thought it was a typo of some sort, the idea of cannibalism didn't really click. You would expect that confusion to cease after reading the last addendum, though it didn't. I was a little bit bewildered by the fact that the book was written after the events of addendum 3, so the anomalous effect was replicated by Elizabeth after?
Even if I was confused for a bit, I got it in the end and my personal bias makes me rate it 5/5.
