Gonna be honest that quote at the start feels far too much like you wanted to do the DOOM 2016 intro and it didn't come out right.
In order to "decommission" RPC-XXX, it is to be damaged with high explosives and Christian artifacts.
Why are there quotations? What exactly does "damagi[ng] with… Christian artifacts" entail?
RPC-XXX is surrounded by a flame-like combustion that burns without oxidation or radiation
I don't understand why you specify "flame-like". You never say why it's just "-like" and you get that it's fire from the "combustion" part. Radiation also can't cause fire on its own: what causes fire is always an oxidising agent.
I'd also specify here that XXX isn't immune to the fire rather than later.
"RPC-XXX is enveloped by a perpetual combustion that persists in absence of oxidising agents. Its continued vocalizations and lack of articulation suggest that it is not immune to this phenomenon, which intensifies in the presence of religious items of the Christian faith, such as…"
1 oak crucifix, it magnifies RPC-XXX's flame the equivalent of 20 regular crucifixes.
Not a fan of the specific number, feels a bit "gamey". I'd just say it amplifies the flame more than a normal crucifix. Why exactly would it create something that inflicts it pain though?

This means 758, I presume.
iraqi-iranian border
Country names are capitalized.
Under GD-EURA's direct permission, RPC-XXX was deployed on the iraqi-iranian border where an RPC-758-1 camp was discovered.
Honestly I'd like to know a little bit more on why they're here and for what purpose.

Murmuring.

Please add some more visual description. The visual image of XXX approaching an assembling squadron of tanks and heavy weapons is far too cool to dismiss.
[+] Deployment: XXX-AGR list
I don't like this list very much. Doesn't say a lot about XXX where it could, like with this example:
When RPC-XXX was recovered, it was keeping one instance alive, supposedly torturing it for its own amusement.
I also feels like I'm missing more opportunities to see this guy being awesome.
Only other thing I feel is missing is a clearer allusion or outright description of the incident that made him this way. Doesn't need to be a super direct description, anything to convey the magnitude of what happened and its general nature would suffice.
Really cool article in concept, though a bit dull right now. Needs the "cool" kicked up a notch IMO.
