The Archive Division - RPC Authority

Hello,

The idea of an "Archive Division" overlaps with the pre-existing "Office of Information Records and Security" led by the OIRS Director 'Harpocrates' as seen here.

An information division headed by a Global Director formerly existed as the "Records Division" led by GD-4 "The Archivist", but the position he occupied and the institution themselves have not existed since their reorganization post-WW2.
