The Recycle King
RPC-XXXX is a 5ft entity made from multiple recyclable materials. Its head is a glass orb, its torso is made from metal, both of its legs are made from plastic, its arms are made from rubber from used tires, and a crown made from wood hovers over its head. In its chest is a green orb with the recycle symbol on it. The green orb releases a green beam of energy that disintegrates trash and pollutants.
The authority became known of the entity after hearing rumors of a lake that had been used as a dumping site had
been cleared of all pollutants that had been building up for years. Agents were sent to investigate the incident, and after 2 weeks of digging into the phenomenon they encountered the entity. Agent Marcus witnessed it using its properties to clear the trash within the area and tried to calmly approach it to communicate with it. Startled by the sudden presence of the agent caused the entity to flee. One month after the encounter it was found back at the same lake keeping watch over the area and keeping it clear of trash. Agents dumped one bag of trash in the forest to lure it near by for detainment which proved successful. While it resisted it did not deal any fatal blows to the agents during detainment and was put into a transport truck.
Hooks: This creature isn't interested in killing people but does want them to keep their trash under control for the sake of the planet. It is willing to defend itself but has not been seen dealing fatal injuries
