The idea itself is very interesting, an anomaly that can possess you unless you previously thought of it in a negative fashion. But when it comes to the execution, it is not a joy to read. Beginning with the front page, it is a purposefully poorly written article that parodies real, low quality articles that are poorly written/coldposts. There was a great chance to ham it up, make it somewhat funny to read, but the entire time I read it with a straight face knowing "ok, when does the author stop joking and get to the actual good part?" which ruined any chance of me enjoying that. When I got to the actual article, I enjoyed reading about the concept, and while I believe it was somewhat longwinded, it revealed an interesting method of containment and an interesting look in to the anomaly itself.
The came the end which is, without a doubt, my least favorite trope in all of containment fiction; the note at the end that explains everything. Not only that, but it becomes a somewhat meta rant too about how some people (probably both in universe and in real life) think "containment is useless" which completely lost me.
If the note at the end was removed, and the description of the anomaly was condensed, I would probably enjoy this article a lot more. But for now, -1
