The AEP Association was originally a splinter community formed in the aftermath of the CFO crisis. The community later merged with the New Dawn Initiative before rejoining the RPC Authority. While AEP was supposed to be re-developed to fit within RPC's lore as a new group of interest, this project stalled because the AEP staff could not agree on a common vision for the GoI, and so AEP remained without a unique identity in the site lore. Several attempts by various community members to rework AEP were unsuccessful, and so it was ultimately decanonized by the Lore Team.

Several months ago, Blairin suggested that I redesign the hub page of the AEP Association and allowed me to continue reworking this group into the Vatican's anomalous containment agency so long as I changed the name to respect the community vote. After much great difficulty, I have finally finished. In canon RPC articles, AEP is now known as the Vatican Primacy or VSSP. This hub is dedicated to all those who helped me develop this project, those who tried reworking it before, and those original creators who entrusted me with their group.
