I really do like a lot of this but it doesn't quite click with me. There's a shitton of lore and crosslinks that absolutely no one except the lore dedicated would ever know, and getting acquainted with all of it while reading this document is a massively daunting task. I don't think you can reasonably ask anyone to read all of 416 just to get the lore this article is supplementing.

There's also a lot of lapses in grammar and tone, especially in the interview. I'll get to correcting them tomorrow or the weekend, but they really dent the reading experience.

Dialogue is kinda shoddy, and the interviewing doctor is kind of an asshole to cook. like this guy sucks at his job. and why do they call him grotesque in a clinical document??

It's an alright article, but it just isn't enough to make it a good entry or a possible winner.

Although it is about a character, the entire file seems to gloss over extremely important, at least story-wise, moments in his history such as the torture he went through or how he was received by his family upon his return. In fact, it times it seems like it is intentionally done so so in the future there is something to write about him in another format.
The interview itself is awkward and it's a bit hard to gauge the personality or motivations of either character. Not to mention that it is filled with grammar issues and smaller writing mistakes - a particular issue is that the ways they speak are almost completely identical, bar for one jargon word/spelling for each.

It would have been just much more interesting if it was an actual story about him, than a file describing his backstory.
