RPC-###-1 Mechanical, Transmutation Hazard, Extra-Dimensional Hazard
RPC-###-1:
“Mechanical” doesn’t not have “Hazard” in it, which does not match up with everything else.

RPC-###-1 should be kept in its camera case, in storage locker twenty-three, on Site-002.

The camera film comes with a battery in each bag.
Camera films are provided along with a battery in each case. (?)
Film and batteries shouldn’t be kept in the camera while in storage.

Keep RPC-###-1 in the camera case until you are in the lab. Keep all your fingers away from the viewfinder. Keep fingers away from the shutter release button until ready for use.

Unnecessary information that can be removed.
It is to be noted that RPC-###-2 are the printed pictures taken with RPC-###-1.
Unnecessary information that can be removed, RPC-###-2 would later be designated when you explain the properties of RPC-###-1
After the flash goes off the subject being shot will no longer be in this dimension.
will disappear.
a picture of the subject that has been shot at that point in time with a white background (RPC-###-2)
(RPC-###-2) , designated RPC-###-2
If a piece of the subject is in focus and in the frame, that piece of the subject that has been left out of the picture will be severed from the subject and left in our reality.
Rephrased:
“RPC-###-1 only affects objects in focus and within frame; any portions of the subject left out of the picture will be severed instead of vanishing along with the subject.”
The subject in instances of RPC-###-2's organic subject's eyes can move for up to ten (10) seconds, as the mode out of the data, after full development of the photograph before movement stops, and a maximum of sixty (60) seconds.
Rephrased:
“Subjects pictured within RPC-###-2s can maintained eye movement for up to ten (10) seconds, movement gradually slows down, before completely halting by the time the photograph is fully developed”
The decomposition of the subject is slowed to that of a rate of the same subject being placed in a vacuum.
The rate of decomposition is similar to that of an environment within a vacuum.
When instances of RPC-###-2 are destroyed (ripped, burned, wet to the point of tearing, or cut,) the subject of the photo will be ‘released’ from the photograph. The subject will appear about five centimeters under the destroyed instance of RPC-###-2. When burned, or wettened to the point of disintegration, the instance of RPC-###-2 will be ‘released.’
The explanation of what happen upon the destruction of RPC-###-2 are repeated twice. Remove the first one and move the second one to the beginning of the sentence.
If ripped, the subject captured in RPC-###-2 will fall from the height of the center of RPC-###-2. It is common for the white edges of the film to stay while the inside of the photo is lost.
Rephrased:
“RPC-###-2’s content will be “blanked”/hollowed out upon the destruction of the photograph. If ripped, subjects captured in RPC-###-2 will reappear nearby, occasionally in a state of falling.”
If RPC-###-2 was caught on fire, the subject in the photograph will be ‘released’ in the state of decay as pictured with the added decay of flames, scorch marks, or ashes depending on how soon the fire was put out.
Rephrased:
“If burnt by fire, subject will be ‘released’ in a similar state consistent with the damages caused by the fire, with equivalent amount of scorch marks and ashes found in subjects depending on the time at which the fire was put out.”
If soaked in a liquid to the point of the picture was made flimsy enough to rip, even partially soaked, RPC-###-2 will be 'released' in a state of decay equal to the time of which that subject was decaying in our dimension but with the added accelerated effect of decay in water.
subject will be returned, soaked in water, and decomposed at an accelerated rate resulted from a submerged environment.

Unclear what the “++” is for. Either remove it or add a space before Experiment so that the syntax functions properly as shown below.
Experiment Log
Nature of Experiment:
**Procedure:**
One subject at a time were told to walk into an empty room with an empty chair, the photographer, and RPC-###-1.
One CSD at a time will be told to walk into the testing chamber where a photographer with RPC-###-1 will await them.
The photographer instructed them to sit in the chair to have their picture taken. The photographer will then instructed them to sit in a provided chair and be photographed using RPC-###-1.
The picture is taken. The photographer waits for the picture to print and develop.
Once the picture is taken, researchers are to then record the time as RPC-###-2 develops and releases the CSD at selected points of time.
The timer starts at the first hard outlines of the irises are developed and are undilated.
The timer should start

SubjectNAME1:
None of these subjects are actually named. Name them.
Experience Notes: Flash of light from the camera, darkness, and inability to breathe. The face of the photographer holding picture slowly focuses into view but the photographer's face is large, "like a dream." The subject sees the room from the perspective of the photograph. The inability to breathe continues until there is a flash of light. The subject falls to the ground.

Each beginning section to “perspective of the photograph” of the experiences are near-identical and entirely redundant. You could’ve just summarize each of those sections by saying “CSD-##### reported similar experience to CSD-#####,”

This article would need another look through to see if everything has been ironed out/reworded properly.
One thing that you need clarify whether or not all objects framed by the camera can be trapped within RPC-###-2, it’s somewhat vague about it, instead of saying “subject” you could use “objects” to convey it, appropriately that is.
I’ve already pointed out how repetitive the test logs are, it essentially took 4 cycles just to reach the conclusion that there is a greater presence within the photographs, instead, the tests suggested in the further study part provides a better alternative to potential tests that can be conducted besides what you currently wrote.
I think this was also a draft during the brief period where that’s a massive surge in Camera related RPCs, though since I can’t recall them, I can’t tell if this would’ve overlapped with some other pre-existing anomalies.
