Good article!
1) Tone is consistent throughout and never too distracting from the article but the Description could use some work.
2) The description could be elaborated a bit, I understand the basic parts of it but elements like the fact it shoots lightning and is haunted by a ghost could use some more detail.
3) 4 pages are pretty chunky but didn't dissociate from the article too much.
4) Footnotes are nice, they're very… footnotey. Don't break away from the tone and help with the background of the article.
5) I'd give it a 4/5, nice work but lacks meat where it matters, especially in the description.
