the idea: the anomaly is a sentient type k electrical socket, which is capable of intelligent conversation, but only if it is connected to a speaker, radio, or other such audio device. Otherwise, it is constantly screaming despite having no apparent speakers built into it.
Depending on what kind of device the anomaly is connected to, its ability to hold a conversation (or something like that), maybe the language or accent it uses as well is affected by the device (like where it was sold maybe can play into this). However, after a certain amount of time, the anomaly will basically reach a threshold for communication and just devolve back into screaming.
Additional ideas for this concept would include possibly trying to incorporate some kind of like, "if a subject is exposed to the RPC's scream, within X amount of time, feelings of extreme paranoia are reported. After Y amount of time, subjects will begin to replicate the scream, and continue doing so until they are incapacitated or until they asphyxiate" or something similar to this.
I'm trying hard not to have this be a -J, but I'm not too fussed if it can't be seen going any other way to be quite frank. It's been almost 2 years since I last made an edit to my most recent RPC, so I'm very rusty. I just hope I can possibly get back into the flow of things :)
