Damn this is some good food stuff. I’ll try to critic it to my absolute ability.
RPC-001 Level 1 Containment Document: I see no grammatical or story issues here. I think it does a great job explaining the threat of RPC-001 to low level personnel and what to do. So far I’d change nothing here.
The Bequest:

Isn’t this an excerpt from the 1500s. Didn’t the modern RPC Authority, and through that the term “RPC” come around the 1800 to 1900s?
It was during its initial emplacement in the Vatican Library in the late summer of 1707 that Auctoritas scholars noted that RPC-001-1

So far this does a very good job going through the history of the anomaly. Besides the minor gripes found its good.
Critic Notes: Honestly this draft was a great read. I’d say it’s good to go. My only question is why the removal of the list of religious figures seen in RPC-001. It would have been an interesting inclusion into the article, but I can understand if it seems a bit awkward.
