Why would RPC-XXX be an actual article? That seems completely random and would create confusion with drafts.

Why would we use Roman numerals in a system where Arabic numbering is the standard? This is like asking why we don't have a contest for the slot RPC-Nine Hundred or RPC-•••••••.
