Overall, a simple little article. While I like it, it feels more like a Lesser Anomalous Items at the moment. There is definitely room for growth.
It's pretty good so far. Very short, I don't know if you plan on keeping it that way but it feels like more can be done with it.
The idea is solid and can make for a cohesive article.
The first paragraph had perfect clinical tone.
The second paragraph had issues in clinical tone. I suggest this:

You could say which type of flower it resembles. Can't tell from the quality of the picture but it looks liker an Orchid, a Cherry Blossom, or a Petunia.
