Summary:
New site, dedicated to religious studies.
At a first glance, I'm very happy that this is not a "white concrete, sanitized" site. This site makes sense and has a good reason to exist.
It's about time we get a religious site, with the castles and shit. I can see myself setting some stuff there.
Other than the weird Hex code and the extreme size (sites are usually smaller), I think this is good.
Monastery on the surface level still acts as such, as well as being a Monument of Culture of Exceptional Importance.
Site-286 has a multiple purposes, all revolving around religious anomalous anomalous religious studies.

Additionally, the site is also capable of deploying monks to any other sites or locations should it be necessary. The reason for deployment can range from anything as simple as blessing the quarters of the staff within an OL-Site per their request, through ensuring the safe travel of resources to another Site to finally having a small number of monks being deployed to directly assist in the containment or research of a newly discovered anomaly that has been deemed too unsafe to transport to their Site’s location.
I think your examples given here are a bit odd. Why can they only bless the quarters of staff that are in OL-Sites? and why would monks be given the task of ensuring the safe travel of resources??
Lastly, the Site also serves as arguably the only source of Authority members that are capable of providing services that are this effective and reliable.
Are you purely referring to religious services here? specify that if so. Either way, this seems a little self-aggrandizing.

Other than that, your site is solid. It's got a nice flair to it you added to it by making it be very disconnected from the Authority.
This was amazing. While I am sneeding a little that it is Eastern Orthodox and not Catholic, I am very happy to see a religious site finally being created. Not only do you have an interesting site, but you manage to pack a story with it as well that makes this all the better as compared to other site pages which are frankly very bland and just tell you a few aspects of info. Another thing I like is that you can set some very interesting stories here rather than just another slice of life in a science lab, I would love to see how they play out in this environment.
