The idea for this article initially started off as a failed SCP-GOC article I wrote, KTE-4719, which I had gotten from a "free ideas thread" on the SCP forums. That original anomaly was an African garbage truck which had been used by warlords to dispose of bodies.

For this RPC port, I decided to develop the warlord angle further, and this resulted in a much more interesting anomaly. Inspired by High Gamma's proposal for an event set during the Congo Wars.

Really fun article, nice job on it
